What is the price of the kiosk?
The rental and purchase prices of our charging stations vary depending on the model and features chosen. A Growcharge Inc. representative will gladly price out a charging station at your request. Volume discounts are also available.
Are there any other costs I need to know about?
Prices quoted do not include tax, shipping, custom branding, optional features, or additional services unless otherwise stated.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are dependent on the charging station(s) chosen and their destination. A Growcharge Inc. representative will gladly provide you with shipping details upon request.
What are the specific power requirements?
Our cell phone charging stations operate on standard 110/120V outlets and have a similar draw of a laptop computer when fully utilized. We can also accommodate the specific power requirements of countries outside of North America.
When can I expect delivery of the kiosk after the order is placed?
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days after the order is placed. Custom branding will take up to an additional 10 business days depending on the request. We can also rush your shipment via air-freight overnight.
What charging cords come with the kiosks?
All Growcharge Inc. cell phone charging stations come equipped with Apple Lightning, Micro-USB and USB-C cables as standard. Apple 30-pin cords are also available upon request.
What is the process if I want special graphics, wrap, billboards or video on my kiosk?
We send you the templates, you design the artwork, and we take care of the rest! Videos and images are easily uploaded to the charging station’s screen via internal USB and you can change them as often as you like!
Do you have a service & maintenance program?
We provide 1 year warranty on parts, 6 months warranty on the cords. Our nationwide service team can be on-site within 48 hours.
